HILO-Test, established more than 25-years, is a major European-based manufacturer of Surge & Impulse generator systems.
CE-TESTER System - Acompact EMC Immunity test set for Burst (EN 61000-4-4), Surge (EN 61000-4-5) & Voltage Variation (EN 61000-4-11) testing
The CE-TESTER is a compact EMC immunity test set capable of conducting tests according to:
  • EN 61000-4-4 Fast Transients
  • EN 61000-4-5 Surge
  • EN 61000-4-11 Voltage Dips & Interruptions
The CE-TESTER can be fully controlled from a PC via its inbuilt fibre-optic interface. The CE-TEST software suite provides for full instrumentl control as well as complete documentation of all test results.
HILO-TEST manufacture a range of Fast Transient generators, in accordance with EN 61000-4-4, as well as Surge Generators in accordance with EN 61000-4-5.

Their flagship product, the CE-TESTER, is a combined Fast Transient & Surge generator which may optionally be equipped with a Power Fail Switch to permit Power Fail testing to EN 61000-4-11 to be carried out. The scope of the testing carried out to EN 61000-4-11 may be further extended by the addition of the optional VPS 250-16 motorised variac. Inclusion of the VPS 250-16 option permits the Voltage Variation tests defined within EN 61000-4-11 to be realised.
